We received a tip on an excellent breakfast diner while we were down in Norfolk, VA for the weekend and when we pulled up, we almost questioned leaving due to the line wrapping around the side of the building, but then we said if there is this many people, it's got to be good! And boy, was it worth the wait! The reason for the line besides the food being excellent is because inside there is only a handful of tables.

Handsome Biscuit is famous for their sweet potato biscuit sandwiches. You will get a kick from the very interesting names for their sandwiches including "Shorty", "Dill Na Na", "Hot Betty", "Mr. Close Love", and "A.C. Slawter". We both ordered the Hella Fitzgerald, got a side of hashbrowns to share, and a lemon bar for dessert.
