Island Prime/C-Level

It may because this is the location that we got married, but Island Prime is one of our favorite restaurants of all time.  It is has an awesome location being right off San Diego Bay and offers indoor (Island Prime) and outdoor (C-Level) seating.  What you see here is our favorites from their menu.  We would always get Chef Deborah's Pepita & Sesame Crusted Brie for an appetizer that comes with a garlic puree and jalapeño jelly.  Best brie ever!  I would get the Lobster Truffle Mac 'n Cheese which came with an organic green salad with candied walnuts and a yummy vinaigrette.  Topher would get the Everything Crusted Ahi that comes with Chinese black rice, pineapple salsa, wasabi, and a soy-ginger reduction.
